SSMC SRS (Supplier Rating System) services are on-line system for our key and strategic suppliers to measure their performance in SSMC and obtain customer's feedback in an holistic approach. Criteria of measurement includes , but not limited to, Quality, Responsiveness, Support, Cost, Technology & Logistic. On a yearly basis, "STAR - Special Tribute & Recognition" awards are given to the top suppliers with the highest SRS score in their respective fields.
